The OBIEE 11g (188.8.131.52.x) Scheduler does not start and stays in 'INIT' mode (via opmnctl status) after performing a new install multiple Linux environments.
You have verified:
- Have verified access to the database with the user name and password entered in the Scheduler tab in Enterprise Manager by testing with SQL*Plus, SQL*Developer or the equivalent.
- You have verified there is no issue with disk space.
- You have verified there is no firewall between OBIEE and the database the scheduler is using or you have verified ports are open and configured.
