Cannot Login To BI Publisher From EBS

We are currently unable to login to BI Publisher from EBS. We have OBIEE SSO configured from EBS to OBIEE/BIPublisher
The process we follow is we click on a menu option within EBS this logs us into OBIEE without issue where we can run analytics reports without issue. When we try and run our 'Live roports' from BI publisher get an error says 'Unauthorized Access: please contact the administrator.
From both the bipublisher logs and bi-diagnostic logs I can see the errors
