Discoverer 11g: No Values Appearing In The LOV For Discoverer (Doc ID 1912146.1)

Symptoms

Clicking on torch icon to display the list of values (LOV) doesn't returns any value in the new window. Although if Go button is pressed it returns rows.

The same doesn't reproduce through Discoverer Desktop.
