Symptoms

Export of Hyperion Planning Supporting Detail using Lifecycle Management (LCM) fails with the following error message:

EPMLCM-30054: Failed to connect http://server:19000/HyperionPlanning/servlet/HspLCMServlet

Sharedservices_LCM.log contains the following error message:

[FoundationServices0] [ERROR] [EPMLCM-30054] [oracle.EPMLCM] [tid: 11] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid: <ECID>] [SRC_CLASS: ?] [APP: SHAREDSERVICES#11.1.2.0] [SRC_METHOD: ?:?] Failed to connect "http://<SERVER_NAME>:<PORT>/HyperionPlanning/servlet/HspLCMServlet" while performing export for application - "PLANNINGAPP". Received status code - "500" with error message - "Internal Server Error". Possible cause of error Server Down or Not reachable.
