OBIA 11.1.1.8.1 - Domain Only ETL Fails With "ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis" (Doc ID 1914599.1)

Symptoms

In OBIA 11.1.1.8.1 with EBS R12.1.3, HCM domain only ETL fails with the following error:

ODI-1217: Session SDE_ORAR1213_ADAPTOR_SDE_ORA_DOMAINGENERAL_FLEXFIELDVALUESET (19265500) fails with return code 907.
ODI-1226: Step SDE_ORA_DomainGeneral_FlexfieldValueSet.W_DOMAIN_MEMBER_GS fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1240: Flow SDE_ORA_DomainGeneral_FlexfieldValueSet.W_DOMAIN_MEMBER_GS fails while performing a Loading operation. This flow loads target table W_DOMAIN_MEMBER_GS.
ODI-1227: Task SrcSet0 (Loading) fails on the source ORACLE connection DMTNGI.
Caused By: java.sql.SQLSyntaxErrorException: ORA-00907: missing right parenthesis


The value of BIAPPS.FLEX_VALUE_SET_SQL from the table W_FLEX_SQL_G shows the “Where” clause is missing:
