Goal

There is a process to soft delete rows in Fact Tables, but you cannot see how the DELETE_FLG column works on Dimension tables.
For example, delete a campus_code from the Peoplesoft source table PS_CAMPUS_TBL.
The staging table, W_SIA_CAMPUS_DS correctly does not have this row after the Load Plan run. However, the data on the actual Dimension table, W_SIA_CAMPUS_D has updated every row, except the deleted row, to the last ETL process number, even though none of the other rows had any changes.
