Informatica 8.6.1

Unable to start the Informatica services which is stopping the daily load run. None of the java, pmrep & pmsrever services are up and running when trying to start the Informatica services.

The Informatica Administration Console is not running either.

There are no up-to-date logs in  <Informatica_installationdirectory>/tomcat/logs/  there is, however, errors in the catalina.out file which is generated after the issue occurred.

SEVERE: Exception looking up UserDatabase under key UserDatabase
javax.naming.NamingException: Premature end of file.

SEVERE: Catalina.start
LifecycleException:  Protocol handler initialization failed: Address already in use:<PORT> Eg:6001
org.apache.catalina.core.StandardServer await
SEVERE: StandardServer.await: create [<PORT>] Eg: [6002]: Address already in use
