- After upgrading from 18.104.22.168.12 to 22.214.171.124, the following error occurs:
An error occurred during authentication. Try again later or contact your system administrator.
- biserver.log gives following error:
[2014-06-27T15:02:13.000-04:00] [OracleBIServerComponent] [ERROR:1]   [ecid: fae903f321604174:20e67dcc:146687dfc28:-8000-00000000001a7aaa] [tid: 919a] SecurityService::populateBIUserFromUserProfileUser firstname.lastname@example.org has invalid guid email@example.com
- when trying with another MSAD user. gets following error:
2014-06-27T10:34:29.000-04:00] [OracleBIServerComponent] [ERROR:1]   [ecid: fae903f321604174:20e67dcc:146687dfc28:-8000-00000000001a17ce] [tid: 919a] FailedAuthentication : The security token cannot be authenticated
- Unable to refresh GUID's as well. Gets following error:
[2014-06-02T10:56:00.000-04:00] [OBIPS] [ERROR:31]  [saw.subsystem.catalog.initialize.upgrade] [ecid: ] [tid: ] Failed while trying to update Account GUIDs
Error occurred while collecting map of new GUIDs from back end
Error retrieving user/group data from Oracle BI Server's User Population API.
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW).
State: HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred.
[nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS.
An error message was received from the BI Security Service: SecurityService::populateBIUserFromUserProfileUser firstname.lastname@example.org has invalid guid email@example.com (HY000)
