Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) Data Load Error "ImportError: No module named hyperion" (Doc ID 1924782.1)

Account Reconciliation Manager (ARM) data load fails and the following error message is shown in ODI log

ODI-1217: Session PS_GL_LOAD_BALANCES_DATA (2568601) fails with return code 7000.
ODI-1226: Step PS Pre Import Data fails after 1 attempt(s).
ODI-1232: Procedure PS Pre Import Data execution fails.
Caused By: org.apache.bsf.BSFException: exception from Jython:

ImportError: No module named hyperion

Jar files in the \Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\lib folder shows a file size of 0Kb and cannot be opened with a tool such as 7zip. If you try to open an 'empty' file (e.g.: registry-api.jar) with 7zip a message is displayed the file cannot be opened because it is invalid or corrupt.


Patches have been installed, then rolled back.
