Multiple Column Prompts Created on the Same Column does not Work (Doc ID 1925214.1)

Symptoms

 Multiple column prompts created on the same column does not work appropriately.

 Create 2 column prompts for a table request. 
 For example:

 

 You expect that the result should be 2008/10 <= Per Name Month <= 2010/02. 

  
 It returns as the following:
