Symptoms

After applying Maintenance Release 11.1.2.3 and PSU 11.1.2.3.500 databases do not show in the Hyperion Strategic Finance (HSF) Server Administrator. The following error message is displayed:

There are no databases available on the selected strategic finance server.

Changes

Applied 11.1.2.3 maintenance release on top of the 11.1.2.2 environment and applied PSU 11.1.2.3.500.
