Symptoms

 When viewing the summary tab of the bridge the Data Sync Server and Application Link Data Showing Status of Not Available in EAL Bridge.  When you view the dss.log you see the following error message: auth: wrong username or password.

Changes

 You recently changed the password for an EPM Shared Services user which happens to be the same username the DSS uses
