Symptoms

When Financial Reporting (FR) report is exported from Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Workspace to Microsoft (MS) Excel, some of the column header rows span multiple MS Excel rows. 

In the example below, the column header row spreads across Excel rows 5 through 8, instead of expanding Row 5 to contain all the header entries.
