Remote RAFramework Web Application is Not Able to Login to the RAFramework Agent Process. Error "Default Document Not Found" (Doc ID 1937932.1)

When opening EPM Workspace there are errors which indicate that one of the RAFramework webapps is not communicating with the RAFramework agent. Typically the error is:

Default Document Not Found.

Using network tracing tools an indicator of the problem is when the RAFramework webapp receives multiple RESET packets when trying to communicate to the RAFramework agent that is remote from the RAFramework webapp. Another indicator would be using a product like TCPView to show the network connectivity between RAFramework webapp and the RAFramework agent ports. The status of the connection will continue to change from ESTABLISHED to SYNC_SENT to ESTABLISHED again. This occurs because the RAFramework webapp continues to try and establish a connection with the RAFramework agent is not able to.


IPv6 is enabled by default in Windows 2008.
