- Steps to follow:
- New > Analysis, open Subject Area "Marketing - Customers"
- Then expand folder Sales Account
- The folder does not expand.
- The icon on the left of the folder name becomes a 'o', then it stays like this, and the folder never expands
- There are no entries in the saw log (with debug level set to finest)
- The issue is independant of the type of browser used
