You're attempting to import an FR report into Excel from Smart View but the following message is displayed:

"The product does not support compatibility view. Contact your system administrator to help configure your settings"

The user can then click to clear the message, and the report preview displays as expected.

Latest available Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) patches have recently been installed.
