OBIEE 11g - Catalog is not Opening in IE 10 and Getting Stuck, Returning "Not Responding"

You tried to navigate to a shared folder through OBIEE Catalog link and found out the catalog screen is getting frozen and not moving any further. If you click on the screen we are getting "Not Responding" in IE 10
There is no issue with IE8, Firefox, Chrome
