Symptoms

After upgrading to 11.1.2.3.501 environment, huge FR reports which used to run in 3 seconds in 11.1.2.x.xxx version of HFM is taking a long time to run. Creating a new report will also have the same behavior.

The report completes successfully but it takes more time to run.
