OBIEE 11g - DXE Execution stuck in Running status in Manage Sessions.

Since the upgrade from 188.8.131.52.1 to 184.108.40.206.140715, some reports are not running and some reports will run one time but not the next. The data is returned from the database quickly but the DXE jobs that process that data simply show a 'Running' status in the session logs and never complete.
The issue seems related to the amount of rows the report is supposed to return
