HFMWeb0 Managed Server Will Change to Admin Mode After Service Restart

Symptoms
After restarting the Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) Web Tier Service, the HFM Managed server HFMWeb(n) will go to Admin Mode instead of Running mode. Due to this issue, the HFM Applications and Consolidation Administration will be inaccessible from workspace.
The issue is resolved by logging into the WebLogic Admin Console and manually resume HFMWeb0 server to access the applications and consolidation administration.
Changes
This issue usually occurs if the products are upgraded from earlier versions to current version using "Apply Maintenance Release" option.
The error below can be seen in HFMWeb0.log under domains folder of HFM Web server:
