Hyperion Planning Dependancy Property is not honored in TaskList

DEPENDENCY IN TASK LIST DOES NOT WORK
1. Create a task list (TASKLISTParent)
2. Create two children under it TASK1 and TASK2 both of type Descriptive
3. Edit TASK2 and select Dependency as TASK1
4. When you go to My Task List and select the TASKLISTParent, the complete check box is enabled for TASK2 even though the Dependency is selected as TASK1 and TASK1 is not completed.
