In order to initiate a FMDEE dataload from Account Reconciliation Management (ARM) there is a JMS queue setup that is done via the install and configuration process. We have not been able to pin-point why sometimes the JMS configuration is corrupt / incomplete. The JMS related issues can manifest themselves in many ways based on the portion of the configuration that is missing and/or corrupt. Given the many scenarios that could cause the issue, this document will remain internal and Oracle support will assist the customer with these steps.
Goal
To provide a process to Manually recreate the JMS configuration for Financial Close Management (FCM) and Account Reconciliation Management (ARM)
