Information in this document applies to any platform.

Oracle Apps and Informatica version 9.5.1.

1. In the Integration Service you have received an error while "Changing Code Page from "UTF-8 encoding of Unicode" to "ISO 8859-1 Western European".
2. The change was made because the Issue is caused by the incorrect processing of special characters. This is causing duplicate data in W_GEO_D, W_CODE_D.

The following error is generated when the change in code page is done and a restart of the Integration services:

The Service <SERVICENAME> could not be enabled due to the following error: [DOM_10080] Cannot start service [<SERVICENAME>] because there is no process enabled or there is no node available for this service. Verify that service processes are enabled and nodes are running on the domain.

Is there a possibility to process Chinese and Japanese data using the "UTF-8 encoding of Unicode" code page.
