Goal

OBIA 11.1.1.7.1 /OBIEE 11.1.1.7.0 configuration.
HCM Source system: PeopleSoft HCM 9.1.

The half day (0.5) of absence in PS is counted as 1 day in BI fact table w_absence_event_f.
For Absence (Days) you found the divergence between PS and BI: Half day (0.5) of absence in PS are counted as a different result in BI:

1.    In BI dimension table w_absence_event_d, it is counted as 0.5 for the table column DAYS_DURATION. This is correct and it matches to the source.
2.    In BI fact table w_absence_event_f, it is counted as 1 for the table column DAYS_DURATION. This is wrong, and it should be counted as 0.5 day to match to the  source.

Note:Absence (Days) is mapped to the column W_ABSENCE_EVENT_F.DAYS_DURATION

How can you see 0.5 for Absence (Days) instead of 1.0 when the Absence (Hours) is 4 (use case when the absence hours is less than the actual work hours in a day)?
