EPMA Integration: Shared Node in Non_Primary Hierarchy Results in Error when Exported to EPMA (Doc ID 1958671.1)

Last updated on JUNE 25, 2018

Applies to:

Hyperion Data Relationship Management - Version 11.1.2.3.000 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

Formula for EPMA.IsPrimary property returns True even for Shared Nodes, even when the primary is present in the same hierarchy.

This results in the integration sending the node twice, which produces an error, 'Warning Process Hierarchy Section X The import section 'Hierarchies' contains multiple primary instances of member 'X' in dimension 'Y'. Only the first instance will be processed'.
