Unable to Assign Or Modify Security Class Access for HFM After Applying HSS Patch (Doc ID 1960720.1)

When trying to assign security class access using user/group selection from Shared Services, it is unable to find user or group previously provisioned for the HFM application. This issue started appearing after applying HSS PSU.
