OBIA 11g 'ODI-10199: Incorrect ODI username or password' Error Message Received Despite Using Valid Credentials Being Used In BI Extender Wizard (Doc ID 1961741.1)

BI Extender fails with the following error when importing Fusion Apps metadata :-

<error>ODI-10199: Incorrect ODI username or password.

Log file shows the correct usernames :-
