Users are Getting Removed From Catalog Group In OBIEE 11g

Information in this document applies to any platform.
You have a high number of users in OBIEE and add them to certain catalog groups.
But in one catalog group ,when you try to add the user, click on ok, and then reopen the catalog group to edit/add another user, all the previuos users are gone.
This particular catalog group has the most users of all groups.
