Symptoms
EPMA Server failed to start.
Error log from DimensionServerStartup show the following:
[2015-02-10T16:46:49.966+11:00] [Error] Hyperion.DimensionServer.Interface.Exceptions.EPMAServiceException: Process 'D:\Oracle\Middleware\EPMSystem11R1\products\Foundation\BPMA\AppServer\DimensionServer\ServerEngine\bin\EPMA_ServerEngine.exe' started, but did not finish initializing itself in the time allotted.
