OBIA 11g: BIACM/ ODI Scheduler Doesn't Start Jobs Which Are Scheduled (Doc ID 1981665.1)

Symptoms

When you schedule jobs using BIACM or ODI Scheduler, the jobs are not started at all at the expected time. If a job will not run in the ODI scheduler, it will not run in BIACM

Update the Agent Schedule in Topology                         

Test the Scheduled Job                                              

No schedules in ODI

The agent is not being updated when the schedule is updated. You can manually execute the mappings but nothing that is scheduled to execute will run.

You grepped the log files for the startup messages, particularly "Scheduling" but nothing is found for the search term "Scheduling".

Schedules are working when you restart odi_server1 managed server using weblogic console. If you start the same managed server using startManagedWebLogic.sh, the odi agent gets started but it doesn't retrieve schedules or run them. It behaves like the original issue.
