Symptoms
The Interactive Reporting (IR) and Job services do not start. In CMC console, the IR and Job service are in startup in progress status. The agent log in $HYPERION_HOME/logs/BIPlus/ is showing the following error:
java.lang.Exception: 0_default_irbi_27dc176b3e0cc6ed5c611d9b1390eb96d2279e7 :Failed to read IOR
