You need to be able to start BI Applications services, the BI and ODI Managed Servers, without manual intervention like logging into console and starting managed server.

From <Note 1589540.1> section 4-4. How should I start the BI and ODI Managed Servers?
BI Applications requires the BI and ODI Managed Servers (bi_server1 and odi_server1) to be started via Node Manager.  This is required so that parameters, memory and jvm arguments are appropriately set. Not starting the BI and ODI Managed Servers can lead to functionality loss and memory issues in BI Applications Configuration Manager, Functional Setup Manager and ODI. To ensure that the BI and ODI Managed Servers are started via Node Manager, start them using the WebLogic Administration Console UI

How can you start services, the BI and ODI Managed Servers, using scripting?
