How to Recreate an Empty Essbase Studio Catalog

Goal
There are times where the Essbase Studio Catalog might become "inconsistent" and errors occur.
Possible reasons are:
- Two or more Studio Servers were concurrently updating the same catalog
- Errors occurred during catalog import
- User modified catalog tables using a database client tool other than Essbase Studio tool
In these cases Studio Catalog cannot be used anymore and needs to be cleared (NOTE: All data will be lost).
