How to Recreate an Empty Essbase Studio Catalog (Doc ID 1993237.1)

There are times where the Essbase Studio Catalog might become "inconsistent" and errors occur.
Possible reasons are:

Two or more Studio Servers were concurrently updating the same catalog
Errors occurred during catalog import
User modified catalog tables using a database client tool other than Essbase Studio tool

In these cases Studio Catalog cannot be used anymore and needs to be cleared (NOTE: All data will be lost).
