Smart View: Cannot Connect To The Provider. Make Sure It Is Running In The Specified Host/port Err 404

When using Smart View to retrieve data, receiving the following message:
HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found
After clicking through the error the retrieve works.
The following was also found in the fiddler trace log: p01:19000/epmstatic/disclosure_mgmt/svext/DiscManSetup.msi
