In this example, the dimension "CUSTOM3" must match "[None]" and "FLOW" must match  "Increases"

!COLUMN_ORDER=SCENARIO,YEAR,PERIOD,VIEW,ENTITY,VALUE,ACCOUNT,ICP,PRODUCTS,CUSTOMERS,CUSTOM3,FLOW

Actual; 2004; July; Periodic; Stamford; USD; AdminExpenses; [ICP None]; GolfBalls;Customer2; Increases ; [None];22950
