Symptoms

While editing and saving a new or existing agent, the follow errors are encountered:

Following browser error is encountered while trying to save the agent: Page(s) Unresponsive you can wait for them to become responsive or kill them.

Following error is encountered while trying to edit the agent : Error: nQSError: 76015 The Active Oracle BI Scheduler Instance in the Cluster Could Not Be Determined.
