Information in this document applies to any platform.
Getting an error when trying to connect to the HFM application via the EAL Bridge. After opening the EAL bridge, the HFM Server is green but the HFM Application is red.
You may see the following error message in the eal.log: "An unknown error has occurred in the HsxAuthentication object".
