DRM Import Profiles That Worked in the Past Fail to Run After Changes Have Been Made to the EPMA Installation

DRM import profiles which were working in the past are no longer working when they are run from EPMA and errors like the following are seen in the EPMA DimensionServer.log:
[EPMADIM.Hyperion.CommonServices.Exceptions.BaseException] [tid: 8] [ecid: disabled,0] An unsecured or incorrectly secured fault was received from the other party. See the inner FaultException for the fault code and detail.
Followed by an error like this in the EPMA DimensionServer.log indicating that there was a problem listing the versions with the getVersions method of the DRM web service:

DRM web service URL: 'http://ctsc00386886601.cts.com:28080/oracle-epm-drm-webservices/DrmService'. DRM API Adapter URL: 'http://CTSC00386954801.cts.com:5240/Oracle/Drm/APIAdapter'. The underlying exception was 'InvalidSecurity : error in processing the WS-Security security header'. See the DRM logs for details. at Hyperion.DimensionServer.Import.DrmAdapter.DrmAdapter.HandleDrmWebServiceRequest(String operationName, DrmServiceClient ws, String adapterUrl, DrmCallDelegate logic)
at Hyperion.DimensionServer.Global.HandleThreadContext(Guid sessionID, ThreadContextDelegate method)
at Hyperion.DimensionServer.BaseProxy.HandleAPICall(Guid sessionID, ThreadContextDelegate method)
Similar errors could also potentially be seen when configuring DRM web service integration with EPMA for the first time.
Changes may have been made to the EPMA installation.
