You are in the process of upgrading from OBIA 7.9.6 to OBIA 18.104.22.168 for Informatica PowerCenter Users. Informatica was upgraded from 8.6 to 9.5.1 last year while staying on OBIA 7.9.6. And now you have successfully upgraded to DAC11g, before upgrading the Data Warehouse Schema and Migrating Data for Oracle Database.

You are facing an issue while upgrading the data warehouse from version 7.9.6 to 220.127.116.11, section 6.9.7
Section 18.104.22.168 Migrating Data into the Upgraded Data Warehouse
Step 7: If you are using Oracle EBS R12, R12.1.1, or R12.1.2, in Informatica Workflow Manager, navigate to the folder UPGRADE_796_7961_ORAR12 and execute first the UPGRADE_DIMENSIONS workflows and then the UPGRADE_FACTS workflow.
The Issue: While running the workflows as mentioned in the above step, we encounter following error:
Where the "IntegrationServiceName" is the name of the integration services provided with the out of box upgrade repository, and there are two of them:
These two integration services are not registered or associated to any Repository Service. As per the ref document 1 above, following the Section 6.9.1, the upgrade repository was restored using Informatica Administrator, but the document does not mention associating this upgrade repository to any integration service required to run workflows. The above mentioned workflows won't run until this upgrade repository service has correct integration services assigned to it.
The upgrade document doesn't mention which integration services should be attached prior to running these workflows.
