Symptoms
When a rule is created or opened in calculation manager with IE11, the graphical flow chart within the rules designer keeps displaying as "LOADING..." even though the environment is in the following situation. and therefore any objects cannot be dragged and dropped into the flow chart. and also, this issue doesn't occur when web browser is another IE version or Firefox.
- Appropriate Adobe Flash Player version has been installed on the environment.
- On Internet Explorer, Shockwave Flash Object Add-on has been correctly installed and enabled.
