OBIA 11g Unable To Install 11.1.1.9.1 RCU For BIAPPS Against Oracle 12c Getting ORA-01950: no privileges on tablespace (Doc ID 2003291.1)

Symptoms

When running the RCU from V74701_01.zip on edelivery, you are unable to use a 12c Oracle database for the schemas.
There is a warning message that Database version must be higher than 11.1.0.7.0.

Although you can ignore that message, the RCU fails while creating the BIACOMP schema with "Table or view does not exist".

Looking at the rcu log, the DW and BIA_ODIREPO schemas completed successfully when importing, but BIACOMP schemas import fails showing following errors:
