Symptoms

When implementing Oracle Spend Classification 7.9.6.x on top of Oracle Business Intelligence 11.1.1.6 we see the following errors when opening Spend Classification Dashboards :-
  

Catalog object schema validation failed: /shared/Spend Classification/_portal/Spend Classification/Classification Summary The current xml is invalid with the following errors: Bad xml instance!
Col:406, Attribute 'frozen' is not declared for element 'dashboardColumn' Line:2, Col:406, Attribute 'canFreeze' is not declared for element 'dashboardColumn
