Goal

You have changed your RCU database schema passwords in the databaes and in the JDBC connection pools via  How To Update OBIEE 11g Configuration When The Repository (RCU) Schemas Have Changed (Doc ID 1307835.1)

Ensure you have changed all the schemas, including bip_datasource, mds_owsm, EPMSystemRegistry and rtd_datasource (if used); otherwise, you may encounter 'ORA-28000: the account is locked' errors.

If the all the steps are not followed, then Essbase may fail to start via OPMN
