OBIA 11g Join Between Dim_W_INT_ORG_D_Inventory_Org And Fact_W_PRODUCT_LOT_XACT_F Does Not Appear to be Set Correctly (Doc ID 2007336.1)

Last updated on FEBRUARY 15, 2019

Applies to:

Business Intelligence Applications Consumer - Version 11.1.1.8.1 and later
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

There seems to be an issue regarding the join between Dim_W_INT_ORG_D_Inventory_Org and Fact_W_PRODUCT_LOT_XACT_F.
In the standard OBIA 11.1.1.8 RPD, the join condition is

"Oracle Data Warehouse"."Catalog"."dbo"."Dim_W_INT_ORG_D_Inventory_Org"."ROW_WID" = "Oracle Data Warehouse"."Catalog"."dbo"."Fact_W_PRODUCT_LOT_XACT_F"."INVENTORY_ORG_WID"

At the ODI level INVENTORY_ORG_WID is populated based on  SCD1_WID column from W_INT_ORG_D table. Because of this join mismatch between ODI and RPD, when you execute the query below you getting no results.
