Symptoms

BI Publisher Users cannot log into BI Publisher 11g and the following example error message is seen in the BI Publisher log -

javax.naming.namingException: Unresolved naming: cn=ohsadmin, cd=user, cd=principals, at [cn-ohsadmin]
