OBIA 11g How Do You Switch the First Day of the Week from the Default one?

Goal
In BI Apps you are trying to switch the first day of the week from the default one, which is Sunday, to Monday. For this you have changed the load plan parameter Gregorian Calendar Week Standard from US to ISO~EURO, then performed a new load but no change was seen in regard to the time dimension. Eg: Either from BI or W_DAY_D table.
Is there something more to be done for the first day of the week to be changed?
