Symptoms

The error below randomly appears when reporting on analyses:

Error:   View Display Error

Error getting drill information: <SELECT statement is seen here>
Error Codes: YQCO4T56:OPR4ONWY:U9IM8TAC:OI2DL65P
Odbc driver returned an error (SQLExecDirectW). State:  HY000. Code: 10058. [NQODBC] [SQL_STATE: HY000] [nQSError: 10058] A general error has occurred. [nQSError: 43113] Message returned from OBIS. STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Run the analysis
2. Receive the error
3. User then can continue to use OBIEE, but can't do a data retrieve without receiving this error.
4. Restarting the OBIEE components then allows the user to access data in reports again

Observed pattern seems to be:
- test user TEST_USER (user) logs in
- user retrieves the analysis, all is OK, data is seen
- user logs out
- user logs in
- user tries to retrieve the same analysis & hits the error
- user logs out
- OBIEE components are restarted in Enterprise Manager
- user logs in
- user retrieves the analysis, all is OK, data is seen
- user logs out
- user logs in
- user tries to retrieve the same analysis & hits the error

FURTHER INFO:

Admin-server diagnostic log contains:
[2015-03-16T11:17:50.318+01:00]
 [AdminServer] [ERROR] [OWS-04115] [oracle.webservices.service] [tid: [ACTIVE].ExecuteThread: '4' for queue: 'weblogic.kernel.Default (self-tuning)'] [userId: <anonymous>] [ecid:

Note: The only difference between the Administrator (which is never affected by this issue) and the other users, is that the latter are Active Directory users while the former is Native Directory. It seems like the BI Server is losing connection with the Active Directory.
