Customer is generating report in analytics that has negative numbers represented in RED. This works in Dashboards and Analytics.
However if the report is delivered in PDF format via iBot, the negative numbers are not negative and red.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1 Create a report
2 Include a numeric column in report and go to column properties > Data Format tab.
3 Here you can choose red -123 . Include 2 other dimension columns and do print to pdf.
4 Place the report in a dashboard
5 Run the report and select print to pdf The negative values should be shown in red
6 Now add a pivot view
7 Run the report
8 Test by doing print to pdf - the red color should be shown in the printed Pivot view but the negative numbers are shown in the default color ( not red)
