Enterprise Performance Management: FoundationService Fails To start After Manual Deployment Error: "Unable to access application source information" (Doc ID 2013610.1)

Symptoms

After manually deploying the Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Foundation Services Web Application, the Foundation Serivices failed to start.

The following error message is was logged in the FoundationServices0.log file.

weblogic.management.DeploymentException: [Deployer:149003]Unable to access application source information in
'C:\XXXXXXX\user_projects\domains\XX_Domain_Name\servers\FoundationServices0\stage\proxyservlet\11.1.2.2\proxyservlet'for application 'proxyservlet [Version=11.1.2.2]'.
The specific error is: [Deployer:149158] No application files exist at 'C:\XXXXXXX\user_projects\domains\XX_Domain_Name\servers\FoundationServices0\stage\proxyservlet\11.1.2.2\proxyservlet'
