"Concurrent Requests On The Same Session" Error When Executing Financial Reporting (FR) Batches (Doc ID 2014943.1)

Symptoms

When processing multiple FR Batches, some batches fail with error message similar to
    "Error: Select members failed [Concurrent requests on the same session are not allowed. Wait till the previous request completes processing or kill the request.]"

in Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\EPMSystem\servers\FinancialReporting0\logs\FRLogging.log. 

Failed batches succeed when rerun manually.

Note: The path provided for FRLogging.log is the default location for an environment configured with a single FR Web App.  It may need to be adjusted for the actual environment.
